With particular emphasis on international business for multi-national currency for short, medium and long term loans; finance is provided through discounting of bills and other negotiable documents; Foreign currency Time Deposits, including Certificates of Deposit; documentary and Standby Letters of Credit; export finance services, leasing financial guarantees and the syndication and provision of funds for international projects.

Other than negotiable documents PCGC is able to use an approved guaranteed instruments comprising of Bonds, Notes, Certificates or other approved instruments as issued and /or guaranteed by acceptable governments, banks, corporations and other organisations PCGC provides access to capital and transactions through our established partnership with Capital Investors, Family offices, Discount Houses, Funds Of Funds etc. 

Here are few of the projects we have undertaken:

Case 1: Advising an international Air Cargo operator - Europe

The company was looking for opportunities to secure a foreign facility of $6.35million to finance the acquisition / operation of a B747-200 Freighter for cargo, covering the Europe, Asia and Africa.

Case 2: Financing for a mega shopping plaza- West Africa

PCGC Group was approached by a consortium in West Africa to advice, structure and secure a $40million finance package to facilitate the acquisition and refurbishments of a major shopping complex.

Case 3: Financing of a University project- West Africa

One of PCGC predecessor companies arranged financing of $30million for a new University project.

Case 4: Strategic Re-positioning of a local factory - United Kingdom

Case 5: Mining company finance

Through our global network of partnerships PCGC arranged a $50million structured mining project, whereby a consortium had access to deep mines in West Africa, but were not able to administer and facilitate such a large business plan. PCGC have enable the right mediums to allow the mine consortium to partner with a European Corporation to administer, facilitate and dispose the end product to the western markets with the backing of PCGC to amplify their returns.

Case 6 : Planned and Implemented Offshore PCC Property Funds - Guernsey

A PCC "protected cell company" is a corporate entity which holds assets in one or more segregated cells. The purpose of such a structure is to separate the assets in each cell from those in the other cells. In this way companies that are perhaps not large enough to form a captive in their own right may, for example, use a "captive"-type structure.

PCGC structured the fund as a Protected Cell Company (PCC) where each Cell has a specified investment strategy as detailed in the Principle Memorandum and Offer for Subscription documents. The funds operate as Qualified Investor Funds where there are certain requirements that must be met prior to an investment being accepted.

Following the successful launch of the cells it has generated considerable interest from investors and their advisors keen to access the relatively high returns available from International property investment.
