PCGC Group was approached by a consortium to advice, structure and secure a $40million finance package to facilitate the acquisition and refurbishments of a major shopping complex. Working with our strategic partners in the financial market and the local management team, we were not only able to secure the finance package, but designed a structured repayment plan using our Index option proprietary trading division to pay off the loan over the period agreed. The group’s cash flow was significantly improved as result.
